This is Paul Todd's legal page. The aim (which is progressing modestly) is to collect together materials on my main teaching areas, equity and trusts, international trade, and labour law.
and there are also some case references (but as yet without other details), and the legal materials are also split into the three main subject areas,
Trusts and
(although coverage for all areas is still partial, I post material as I prepare my teaching, so eventually all the areas of these subjects will be covered).
For international trade there are also links to useful websites, and papers for talks that I have given on maritime fraud and electronic documentation. (The talks are quite large files - which can therefore take quite a long time to load.)
There are notes of cases (this is the best developed part of the website), and statutes (but not many of these yet). There are a very small number (as yet) of notes on articles (a few references on restitution and trusts).
Although this site is not yet all that comprehensive, it grows as I get time to add to it. The web is essentially suited to browsing, and hence to the study of law, since many legal issues are interlinked, and this site is designed to facilitate this.
