This website is maintained by Paul Todd, M.A., B.C.L., a law lecturer in Cardiff and as of 01 Sept 99 senior law lecturer at Swansea (United Kingdom), with various publications of relevance to the content of the site. This site contains legal material which I hope will be of use to my students, and maybe of more general interest also.
